Food & Hygiene 

We are please to announce our food hygiene rating is 5 which means that local authorities have rated us at the top of the scale and our hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with the law


The rating covers the below:

  • how hygienically the food is handled – how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored

  • the physical condition of the business –including cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation, pest control and other facilities

  • how the business manages ways of keeping food safe, looking at processes, training and systems to ensure good hygiene is maintained. The officer can then assess the level of confidence in standards being maintained in the future

Covid 19

Although it is very unlikely that COVID-19 is transmitted through food or food packaging, as a matter of good hygiene practice our staff are taking into consideration every step as requested from the government.

 We routinely, action the below to insure a hygiene and safe practise this includes washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds:

  • before and after handling food 

  • before handling clean cutlery, dishes, glasses, or other items to be used by the customer

  • after handling dirty or used items, such as collecting used dishes from customer tables 

  • after handling money 

  • after touching high-contact surfaces, such as door handles

  • when moving between different areas of the workplace

  • after being in a public place

  • after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Coughs and sneezes should be caught in a tissue or the crook of your elbow

Food packaging will be handled in line with usual food safety practices and staff should continue to follow existing risk assessments and safe systems of working.


We will continue to follow the Food Standard Agency’s (FSA) guidance on personal hygiene and hygienic practices in food preparation, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) processes and guidance on risk assessment from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).


Production for orders is currently on Tuesdays and Fridays, due to the pandemic please allow up to 3-4 working days for your delivery.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, customers should be aware that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for all purchased orders.

Tortillas may be cancelled with a notice period of 42 hours of order, whereby a voucher will be issued.
